I appreciate their attention to detail. They offer their customers tea, coffee, water while you wait. They are very kind and have all of the resources!! Dr. Lassa Frank is a great guy. Explains and teaches me how to use and clean my glasses and my contacts. It’s always a pleasure.

Some staff are nice and considerate. They don't take benefit cards and they once did. Negative vibes in the office.. The doctor was nice and I did get decent service. Moving on.

I found the team here to be exceptional. At short (almost zero) notice at a busy time of the year, they assisted with specialist replacement contact lenses. Friendly, timely, and very accommodating service, thank you.
