“As a 66 year old woman, I have been getting Botox for about 20 years. When I went to Jen recently I told her, "I need help, what is your suggestion?" She suggested Daxxify. She injected into areas I hadn't been injected into before, but I have absolute trust in her. Approximately 2 weeks past our visit, I am seeing lift and tightening in my my jowl area, which was one of my areas of concern. My crows feet are smooth and so are my bunny lines.

My last treatment there, with the new provider, was fine but unremarkable, and felt impersonal. I've followed Ariel to her new practice and am glad to provide contact information if anyone else wishes to do the same.“

“I went to Heidi at Skin Spirit in Mill Valley to have some laser procedure on my chest, and she mentioned that I had a bunch of filler that had migrated above my lips and suggested dissolving it. What she didn't tell me is that she was dissolving everything and, did not warn me, did not make a plan to put me back together again, and left me high and dry, to the point of me having to hide out in my house for two months and even answer the door for the UPS guy with a mask on. Completely unacceptable in every way. It was extremely stressful and was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. The lack of concern or care about follow up is mind-boggling to me. Luckily, a friend of mine sent me over to Hayes Valley Clinic in Larkspur and Christina took the time to add me to her schedule for Mondays and Fridays for seven weeks so that I could be presentable.The experience was shocking and irresponsible and has cost me well over $10,000 to fix and repair what she destroyed. I want to warn people to be careful when someone suggests that they dissolve filler. They have to tell you what to expect, have a plan so that you look ok and they have to make it right if they screw up . I still have two more sessions at Hayes Valley Clinic before I will feel comfortable having photos taken resuming my travel for my job. That mistake cost me all of June and July. I had a lot of work planned and had to cancel everything. I'm still shaken by the horrible experience I had. I have paused for two months before I wrote this review. I thought I might have a different perspective, but my perspective is not changed at all. It's been a total nightmare. And I will see my new person the third and, hopefully the last time THIS week, and finally be done. I highly recommend Hayes Valley Clinic and Christina. There's two Jennifers there and both are amazing. And the office staff are the sweetest. Every time I go in there I'm welcomed with a very nice smile and it's fun. So I'm grateful even though I had such a terrible experience that got me there.“

“Generally decent work but their prices for many services are about 20% higher than you can get elsewhere, especially PRP treatments. Even their lasers… I’ve paid less for an MD doctor in San Francisco perform the exact same laser procedure for me for $200 less than I would pay a nurse to do at Medusa. Also I’m suspicious that they don’t turn their laser strength up appropriately… including for laser hair removal… will investigate this. Again otherwise the service is quite good and the job done is decent so I can’t knock them on that.“

“I've been to 9 Corners twice now to see Jeannie for my shoulder. I was recommended to Jeannie by several people. She knew exactly what shoulder issue I had within a few minutes and the pain started going away during my appointment. I had a 30 minute follow up and I can say my shoulder is feeling a lot better. She works with all sorts of clients from babies to athletes. I can't recommend Jeannie enough. I had no idea 9 Corners was located at Vintage Oaks. They are upstairs above the Gap Outlet and Banana Republic Outlet. There are a bunch of other services they offer including facials, cryotherapy which I want to look into, acupuncture just to name a few. The service here is excellent. When you call their number you leave a message and someone calls you back right away. They also have a text service where you can get assistance. The people I've spoken to on the phone and the ladies I've interacted with at the front desk are super nice and helpful.“

“Nicole is amazing!!! She has an incredible eye and will help you look your absolute best while still looking natural. Nicole was recommended to me after a filler fiasco. After 15 years of lip filler, the filler had migrated below my lower lip and it looked “wrong”. Another practitioner in Arizona convinced me to take it out — I did and what I was left with — was loose skin — and small accordion wrinkles under my lip. Nicole used threading and my own centrifuged blood to bring my skin back. Later we added the tiniest amount of filler into my fine lines. I look so much better and I am very very thankful to Nicole’s expertise. My thankfulness didn’t stop at my lips… I also had bags under my eyes and was strongly considering undereye pad removal—- luckily Nicole intuited that the pads were actually old filler — she removed them with enzymes which cost me a mere couple hundred dollars as opposed to thousands and saved me from a surgical procedure. She is skilled, artistic and I trust her aesthetic judgment completely! I feel honored to be able to recommend her! !!! Nicole is the best♥️“

“This is my second location in San Francisco that I've gone to for laser hair removal, i went to another location in the area but i will say I've seen more results with north bay!! They updated their machines recently (cryogenic) which was provided at my previous location, but the sessions i had prior to the updates were nothing short of amazing !! The staff is amazing so friendly so welcoming! I've visited north bay over 5 times already and the customer service is immaculate! I've only got laser hair removal but they provide more services, if it's anything like the service i been getting ... just know your in great hands! They care about your comfortability over anything else! Highly recommend!! Sky is amazing on front desk, highly recommend V (valentine) for lasers very effective and speedy (if needed for large areas since sessions are only 1 hour) and jasper (effective and progressing with treating wider areas)“
