Zag is simply "the best" in so many areas--they are a key technology partner for us and have made huge improvements in enhancing/securing our network. Zag offers a wide range of services from help desk support, 24/7 network monitoring, onsite engineer and procurement services for hardware and licensing. Zag excels at customer service and it is hard to imagine managing a system without their expertise and commitment to excellence. Five stars for Zag Technical Services!
