Dr. Amaral and staff are beyond caring. They spend time with you and your pet, and keep your pet in the best situation possible. Treatment is appropriate for my dogs different situations, with a measured approach that I really appreciate. No unnecessary tests that I have experienced before at other practices. Level of care is extraordinary. I have been coming here for many years with different DR's they have high level of experience and empathy. Vet techs too. I will not trust my animals to anyone else. Bravo!
The vet where your pet can win!It’s hard to find a vet that truly takes the time to care for your pet the way you would always imagine or want a vet to.This practice is intentionally kept small, is nestled out of the way in a nice peaceful pocket - it feels like you’re walking in Fort Ord or Toro Park and happen to stumble upon a nice caring vet.After moving here we searched long and hard for a good vet who isn’t rushing all the time or has poorly trained staff who don’t even know how to approach an animal non-violently. Every time I bring my dog in, whether it's for something routine or an acute health issue, the staff here is so kind, caring, and thorough. They have been flexible when scheduling appts, understanding of my pets specific needs, and always go out of their way to take excellent care of both of us. Anytime I meet or talk to someone who has a pet, I recommend this clinic because they are truly wonderful souls and exceptional at what they do. I feel so very lucky to have them caring for my pup.
