I can't say enough good things about Soria Contracting and Solutions Monterey - Restoration & Remediation Services. When a pipe burst in my restroom, I was in a panic. They arrived quickly, were professional, and had the situation under control in no time. Their expertise and efficiency were incredible. I felt so relieved knowing they were handling the mess. Highly recommend!
I called Soria due to challenges with a mold smell in my restroom from a leak that had already been repaired and I am so happy that I did. All of my communication with Soria leading up to remediation, during the process and after was some of the best I have ever experienced. After a mold issue was discovered in my master bath which spread to my bedroom and closet, I needed a mold remediation company - and fast. I read some good reviews for Soria and called them. I received an immediate response and a crew was at my home the next day. Everyone on the team was extremely polite and helpful. Armando, the owner, was in constant touch - updating me on status, test results, etc. He worked with me until a satisfactory outcome was acheived..Hopefully you won't need such a service, but if you do, I would highly recommend Soria. They are exceptional.
