Fantastic service. Locksmith could not get into the home after multiple attempts and tricks. Finally had the owner send a photo of the actual key that works. From the key number he was able to cut a key on his van and it opened immediately. Wrong key will never open a door. Great job! Thank you.

Our elderly widowed neighbor died in January. Relatives from both sides are traveling from Fairfield, LA & San Diego to empty the Carmel home, ready it for sale. A complicated mess. My husband, John, has been assisting with logistics, communication, & been the local contact for both sides. Today the LA relatives arrived, the housekey they'd been sent by the Fairfield relatives didn't work. The Fairfield relative called John [@ the gym] who asked "do you want me to get in the middle of this?" so, he contacted our contractor, Dave Allaire, who gave John Smokey Key Service's number. The technician was on his way to a job in Salinas, but stopped by the Carmel home to remedy the situation....nope, the key didn't work. so the tech [John called him Smokey, but he's deceased, was it Ronnie?] had John call the Fairfield relative [who was in the middle of getting chemotherapy!] to have her send a photo of the REAL housekey & the tech performed his magic & resolved the situation. Very pleasant, efficient, completely solved the problem. John wrote a great Google review. Here are my KUDOS to Smokey Key Service for solving a convoluted complicated mess in such a wonderful smooth manner. THANK YOU SO!

Smo-key, I'm very Impressed with the service. Broke my key from an old pickup cover this morning, lock was frozen by cold weather. Couldn't find a replacement. Called SMO-KEY and he made me a copy of the key. Couldn't ask for a better service. Thankyou!
