LIARS AND THIEVES! Salinas Pump charged me over $4,000 for work they never did. We repeatedly contacted them through the course of two years for the work. When I called to find out why, after two years, the pump was still not functioning properly, they only then informed me that they never did the replacement. I demanded a full refund with interest. Owner, Pam Thompson, refused. She also refused to speak with me directly and had her office person, Alicia Huerta, communicate that they would not be giving me a full refund. I have used Salinas Pump in the past and they were great. Our booster pump went out, and I wanted to use them again. They strung me along for 3 months, but refused to even come out and look at our booster pump and well. They are clearly too busy for repeat clients, so I can't imagine how badly they would treat a new client. I would definitely choose another company.
