I bought an older home and did not know that the tub had been painted. The paint began to peel and I thought I could refinish the tub myself. After many hours of scraping over several days and vacuuming up dust and paint chips and also sore muscles and hand blisters starting to form, I thought, "Why am I doing this?" I will let the experts take care of this. Pacific Tub & Tile was able to send someone out within a couple of days and they had the job done within hours. My tub is so beautiful now I enjoy taking baths again. I learned not to put non slip suction cup mats in the tub because this will harm a refinished tub and compromise the paint seal. I just put a towel on the bottom of the tub when I take a shower and that provides a nonslip surface. Because my tub is so beautiful now, after each bath or shower I wipe everything down until it's dry. Let the experts handle your refinishing needs.

I've got to say that out of all the construction companies and different trade jobs that i have worked with over the years, this wonderful small business really has there stuff together. Richard the owner is by far one of the most down to earth human beings that I've ever met. He's very good at working with peoples tight schedules and is very honest about the outcome of a job wether he gets it or not. Michael his employee is a very talented young man who has been in the trade for 5 years. He can spray any tub in any tight spot and make it so good that it looks factory when he's done. I just want to thank Richard and his team for the outstanding work that they perform day in and day out. I must say that I've worked with a lot of trades and construction companies in the past and i have never seen the amount of pride and work that goes into this company. They take bathtubs that are beyond worth saving and make them look brand new. With Micheal spraying the tubs look like they were sent from the manufacturer. I just want to say thank you Richard for all your hard work and dedication to the Monterey and Salinas area. If it wasn't for you, there would be a lot of money being spent on unnecessary remodeling just for a bathtub. Thank you again.
