“Had my first appointment with Dr. Dhanu Panchal, AMAZING. Took his time to establish a patient/doctor relationship. He listened and was throughly in checking my issues. He explained things thoroughly my previous work comp doctor did not. Highly reccomend. He has a great bed side manner. As for his staff, EQUALLY AMAZING. Very friendly and very helpful. A++++++“
“My experience was awesome. The receptionist was helpful and explained everything about forms I needed to fill out. The nurse was sweet professional, she helped me with the testing before seen, then settled me into my room. I was seen pretty quick and Dr. Parks bedside manners was kind and informative. She shared the various options and listen to my questions and answered to the best of her ability not knowing what it is yet. She ordered test to get a better idea of what we are looking at. I would refer my friends and family to Dr. Park . . matter a fact already have. I then spoke to the nurse to schedule my next appointment. I spoke to manager which was kind and wanted to thank her for the experience I had. I went through cancer and realized people are quick to leave negative comments but don't take time to call back and give good ones. Since then I call back if I have a good experience, if not I deal with it right then and there with the individual. Thank you girls keep up the good work.“
“In response to many of the comments / reviews I read earlier, I wanted to write a review of my experience with CSVS - Sanborn. Granted, I had an appointment, but I was in and out of the clinic in about 45 minutes. The reception and medical assistance staff were friendly, hilarious and helpful. The doctor was quick, but efficient, and addressed all my concerns satisfactorily. Whatever issues seem to have been present 10+ months ago, my experience reflected something vastly different, and my only complaint is that it took a couple weeks to get an appointment, but that timeframe was better than some of the other clinics I contacted.“
“All the staff here is always so friendly even when they are so busy. I like to take my kids here because i know its a place that cares about patients. I understand sometimes you have to wait to get seen because its one of the clinics that is open late and many people enjoy coming here.
