Paid a lot of money to have them run a set of CAT6 across an attic. I had bought 2 boxes of CAT6 to use. But they insisted on using their own cable so they could run all the lines at once. Then paid again to have them run them into the wall and down to outlet boxes. When I went to hook them up to HDMI senders, I noticed they had installed CAT5 not CAT6. I contacted them and they came out and checked the cable. Indeed it does not have the bandwidth or the center support of CAT6 (It is CAT5) I demonstrated that a CAT6 run across the floor worked fine. But the CAT5 they installed does not have enough bandwidth. Now they will not call me back or answer any emails. I was told that the installed cable looks like it is labeled CAT6?, so they are done. Not reputable! They refuse to make things right. Horrible customer service! They make an error and expect the customer to suffer.
Excellent service and knowledge about various systems. Installed our AV, Security Cameras and Card Access. Gave us a few systems to choose from based on our budget so we could decide. Planning on using them for a Fire Alarm system upgrade next year.
