We used a different local company to clean our carpets when we moved in, and I can say that JCs had our carpets looking 10x better and smelling 50x better than the previous work we had done. Called JC Spotless Carpet Cleaning last minute and they were able to fit me in the same or next day. Very professional and very thorough on explanation of processes, procedures of all work to be done. Great customer service, made you feel part of the process.
