Fun experience a little scary at first too but if you just ask around and even the people that work there everyone's kind and willing to help out and they definitely gave me a lot of advice and help me get into the flow of how things work there

I've been going to In-Shape for several years. I enjoy going to the many clubs throughout the state.One thing I get to experience at every club I've been to is lots of great equipment, well maintained by wonderful staff who are very kind and helpful.A special thanks to the crew that takes care of the clubs and members!

Nice staff. Nice gym. Never had any problems/complaints. Monica in the kid zone is AMAZING! My daughter loves her and misses her on the days she's off. She's definitely the best kid zone employee! She's great with kids and makes working out there much more enjoyable knowing my child is in great hands.
