Izaya, the field service tech was most prompt and pleasant to meet...he quickly was able to access the problem with my furnace and also to give me owner/user info on how to do annual preventative maintenance...most grateful for that info. “First of all; my husband said he never trusts 5 star reviews on yelp. So this is why I'm only giving 4 stars. In case you're a suspicious one like him. Lol Felipe was not just passionate about his work, but was very social & had me laughing throughout the day. Unfortunately for him, it was one of the hottest days of the year here in Salinas but here he is having to replace & install a new furnace. His work was wonderful & clean. Everything on the new furnace was labeled & he tested it out; checking the vents for proper air flow before leaving. We couldn't be happier! I would recommend him hands down. (The dog loved him too which was an added bonus!)“
