Went to wash at this place, my sweaters were hit with some chlorinated or bleach liquid that was left inside the detergant box, so now a couple hundred dollars worth of clothes also have some staining oily liquid on them. They became extra faded. I'm pretty upset about this.

I've been going here for about 2 years. The place is managed by a very helpful staff that will assist you with whatever you might need, be it change, help with a machine, etc. Gloria is the type person that every business wants when they hire someone. She makes this place from run of the mill average to a really great place to do your clothes. All with a smile and a friendly word. Yesterday I was there and was having one of those days where nothing seemed to go right. Gloria made the situation much better with her kind words and willingness to help.
