When it comes to customer service Brenda lua is the key definition of it. I was referred by my boss Juany Zamora and it was the best decision i made. Ive had bad experiences with other agencys in the salinas valley but brenda lua insurance changed it all awsome service very helpful great communication discusses different options/rates depending on ur situation gives her humble opinion to suit u better always asks how u are takes time away from lunch time to assist us . Hands down the best ill be coming here for years to come ???? . Highly recommend her office feels like home
