We started bringing our new puppy to Animal Hospital of Salinas and we are very happy with the service. Drs. Chan and Sage are at that sweet spot in their careers where they possess all the current training and knowledge of modern veterinary care, but they also have enough years of practice to appropriately apply their knowledge. They were very gentle with my puppy, listened to my concerns, and offered practical advice. The staff is patient and friendly, and "plugged in" to their clients' needs. Great place! Oh, and there are separate entrances/waiting rooms for cats & dogs, which I am sure is much appreciated by the feline group. :)

Dr. Chan, Dr. Finegan, and the staff are the best. They helped with my fur baby Tigger that passed from congestive heart failure. Tigger suffered from chronic seizures. Dr. Chan started Tigger on meds to help and they did for so long. Dr. Finegan saw that the meds were not helping as much and she went above and beyond to research different medications that could help. With the teamwork of the doctors, we were able to provide my kitty with the best quality of life. I will always be grateful for everyone here.
This animal vet/ hospital is the best! I went in about a week ago for my dogs first visit. We had to switch to another vet because the time schedule just wasn’t working out at our previous other vet. I was very nervous because I think of my dog as most owners do as my kids I think of my dog and I didn’t want to put him in a bad situation but I hesitantly went into Animal Hospital of SALINAS and I was so surprised how wonderful from the moment I walked in the place was. The receptionist was nice and caring I could tell.
