I went to Andersen's because my key fob was malfunctioning, plus I needed an extra key. The second person I spoke with figured out why my key wasn't working, fixed it (as opposed to just telling me it broken like the first guy did--that's why I only gave them 4 stars), and made me a new key in less.than an hour. I feel like price was fair, and the service was second to none!I highly recommend Andersen's Lock & Safe!

Very prompt. Showed up in under 30 minutes to let us in to our apartment. Only took a few minutes to unlock. The technician was kind and professional . Had to show evidence that we lived at that address before they would let us in.
