Clients should have to wait in the sitting area (by the front door), until their hairdresser is ready for them! They should not be able to hang out with the hairdresser if there is a current client getting their hair done! Not professional!

Lisa did a fantastic job with my hair. I got just what I wanted. Super friendly and social. All the other ladies I came in contact with while being there all seemed friendly as well. Thank you Lisa!

I had a challenging hair job for an experienced stylist to tackle. I spoke to Lisa on the phone before making my appointment to see where her experience level was. She assured me over the phone that she had dealt with similar situations and had been doing hair for years. At my appointment both Lisa and her team were very sweet, but clearly inept- in spite of their supposed years of experience. I was facing chopping off pretty much all of my hair, at their advice. Luckily, I found a knowledgeable stylist at Elixir Salon in Berkeley, who not only saved my hair, but kept me from having to go short, as this salon kept advising. Keep in mind that the woman who saved my hair is in her mid 20s. These ladies are really sweet, but could use some extra training. Driving to Elixir in Berkeley every few months is WELL worth the drive.
