More important, he genuinely cares about your well being. He gives great advice for working out on your own away from his gym as well as helping you plan healthier meals that are enjoyable to eat.

Well, I reviewed Kyle six years ago. I am still with him. He is so good at tailoring a workout to what you need. He insists on good form. It really prevents injury and muscle stress. When you first go in, he does a thorough assessment to see exactly where you are. He motivates, he is ever increasing my strength, balance and flexibility. So worth the investment in my health and well-being.

My injury was healing up and my doctor had recommended I find a personal trainer to analyze my workout form, since my injury had occurred while working out alone. I reached out through his website and was surprised to get such a detailed, and thoughtful response from him.
