“We decided to remodel both bathrooms back to back. The process from start to finish was lengthy, but carried out by the people who showed up every week day morning at 7:30am. Our inspiration was to make the bathrooms so that we could age in our home safely without the look of ADA compliant. We definitely achieved that with the help of the professional people who helped us design and choose everything from top to bottom. The crews varied from electricians, plumbers, painters, detail crew, tile, flooring, etc. They worked hard and were helpful and pleasant. The owner wrote a book on the process which we received on our first visit before deciding. It’s an easy read and helps you understand the process so that you dial in with what you want. We are very pleased and the neighbors who came to see what we had been doing — think the two bathroom’s are beautiful and so do we.“

“Adrian Construction remodeled our kitchen from the ground up in the summer of 2023. The quality of work from day one was fantastic and almost one year later we are still in awe of our new space. We absolutely love it.

We decided to hire Donovan and his team after our initial meeting with them to discuss plans and their course of work. We were immediately ready to sign a contract after Mr. Adrian emphasized how important communication was for his clients and team. True to his word, he contacted us every single day for the entirety of the project to give us a heads up on what to expect for the next and and/or following week. It was so helpful given our already busy lifestyle. We were always given enough time to plan accordingly if we needed to be out of the house for any length of time.

Every person who came into our home was respectful, courteous and friendly. They took care to clean up their work at the end of every work day and arrived on time every morning. It was fun getting to know everyone who worked here.

The quality of work and special attention to detail was great. My husband and I had some unique ideas for our kitchen that the team took extra care to make sure it was done according to our vision. If something seemed amiss, we worked together until it was right. Again, it cannot be overstated how happy we are with the end results even months later and it’s a treasure to come home and see the beautiful work every day.

“Great people to work with from start to finish. They did our master bathroom and bedroom fire place and we will have them back to do more work in the near future. The one thing we really liked is that the all the supplies are up to you so if you have a budget in mind it falls on you to stay there. If you have all your supplies work is never delayed. Do appreciate that when you run something by them they will suggest something that looks the same but will save you money. They even told us where to go for our supplies for the best prices. They always showed up on time and did a full days work. Kept their area as clean as they could being an active construction zone. We were there largest bathroom they have ever done and we could not be happier with the outcome.“

“I have known and worked with Mario and his staff for a few years and find their honesty, integrity, professionalism and craftsmanship to be of the highest quality. In 2019, I hired 4 Diamond Construction (4DC) as the general contractor for a shopping center remodel project in Concord - a project that I managed for my firm which owned the center. The project was a bit tricky as it had to be performed while keeping the tenants open and happy but in the end, the finished product was spectacular with everyone involved being very happy with the results including the tenants, the design team and my senior management. 4DC's attention to detail and their pro-active management style made my job much easier and inspired confidence to hire them again which I did in 2020 to manage an even larger shopping center remodel project in Manteca. The Manteca project was complex in that it included not only a facade remodel but also a structural retrofit to address systemic issues with the original design. Construction was planned and performed while keeping the tenants open and happy, some of which are large national chains which can be very strict with regard to obstructions to customer access. This particular project also required extensive coordination with the design team to address existing conditions and design issues that arose during construction. Again, the finished product exceeded our expectations and all parties involved were happy and proud of the results. I would not hesitate to hire 4DC again for any project, large or small, and would trust Mario and his team to manage any type of construction for me in the future. You would be well served to hire 4DC for your construction needs.“
