Manny from Loves air came out today to run diagnostics on our AC unit after it stopped working on Monday. He was able to make it out here even sooner than expected and took care of the issues quickly. We got setup with a maintenance plan and he explained everything step by step the entire process. We now know what to look out for and how to set ourselves up for better electric efficiency in the future too. Manny was incredibly helpful, we are very thankful for the visit today.
We decided to remodel both bathrooms back to back. The process from start to finish was lengthy, but carried out by the people who showed up every week day morning at 7:30am. Our inspiration was to make the bathrooms so that we could age in our home safely without the look of ADA compliant. We definitely achieved that with the help of the professional people who helped us design and choose everything from top to bottom. The crews varied from electricians, plumbers, painters, detail crew, tile, flooring, etc. They worked hard and were helpful and pleasant. The owner wrote a book on the process which we received on our first visit before deciding. It’s an easy read and helps you understand the process so that you dial in with what you want. We are very pleased and the neighbors who came to see what we had been doing — think the two bathroom’s are beautiful and so do we.
So I tried to trim my hair at home and really messed it up. Really bad. So I called Maria to come in for my first appointment to see if she could help me, she took her time and explained what she can do to fix it. When she was done I absolutely loved my hair. She explains everything in detail, very informative, great advice on hair products and showed me different ways to style my hair. A few months later I brought my youngest daughter for a haircut and she absolutely loves Maria and her new haircut.!Would highly recommend her she is truly amazing and you will feel right at home!
Erik did an awesome job at my apartment. He was super thorough, super friendly, and if I ever need help again we know who to call! Definitely will be asking for Erik again in the future! The entire 4 man crew was awesome! Santos and Gabriel did an amazing job, packing up and leaving CA on Monday afternoon, and 800 miles later, delivering to two locations in WA the next day!

When i first met designer Nick Irby i knew he would make my dream pool a reality. The gals in the office kept me informed throughout this process. A big thanks to Marie, Makayla, Petra and Ashley. My grotto was a big part of my vision and Chad made sure that happened. From the dig to the rebar work to the gunite, equipment, stamped decking (35 yards was a big pour), tile install, masonry and microfusion everything went smoothly. I wish i could rate them a 10 and would recommend Premier Pools and Spas to anyone who wants a great pool done by a great crew. Thanks for my gorgeous pool!!
