My experiences here have been wonderful. Everyone is very welcoming, kind and thoughtful. I have never been made to feel more at ease in a dental office. I am genuinely excited for my next visit because I feel like I am going to see friends. The atmosphere is calm and clean. I know that I am in good hands here. Excellent, knowledgeable and competent. St Helena Family Dentistry made me feel so comfortable. I am 36 weeks pregnant and wanted to get my teeth cleaned before my baby came. St Helena Family Dentistry made sure I was comfortable and checked on me throughout the cleaning to make sure I was doing alright. A very friendly place!
I fell flat on my face while walking into a lovely hotel in St. Helena on Friday morning. As I was trying to stop my nose, chin and lip from bleeding while in the hotel's public restroom, I heard "Clink." My right front tooth fell into the sink!The hotel staff came to my aid immediately and found a phone number for Dr. Tetz in St. Helena. He answered, I explained my problem, and he told me that he could see me in 45 minutes. I called Southwest and got a flight home for that evening and the hotel graciously let me cancel our stay.Never in my wildest dreams did I think anyone could fix my tooth (actually three of them).
