Fantastic service. We had a flat tire leaving our hotel in the Yountville area and had someone roadside to help us within 30 minutes. We can't thank this company enough for getting us back on the road quickly to enjoy our vacation!

Curtis was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I got a flat tire - he put on my spare and found a tire shop that had my tire in stock. He really went above and beyond and made my day. It's so refreshing to have such amazing customer service. Thank you, AAA and Los Prados Towing!

Shout out to Mike and his team. He has come to my rescue a number of times over the years and always been wonderful to deal with. My latest need for them was for my neighbor. She locked her keys in her car on a hot day with her dog and a kitty in them. Mike's team was en route immediately. As it turned out, I was able to get into the car before they arrived. I called them back immediately to cancel. Their driver was only about two minutes away (after travel time from his St. Helena home to Calistoga). Even though they could have rightfully charged me, they did not. This is a great local company with good people. I have totally lost faith in corporate AAA, but dealing directly with Los Prados Tow is a delight.
