We originally had planned to do the work ourselves with Home Depot wood and a gate kit but are so happy we decided to go with Seahorse instead. Renato built us two custom gates—a large sliding gate and a smaller pedestrian gate—that allowed us to make the best use of our space and are much higher quality than anything we could get off the shelf or build ourselves. “In September 2023, I contacted Top Rail Fence and they gave me an excellent quote to build a new side fence in my back yard. They did the best job of the fence and even did an extra 2 boards -- one on my back fence and one on my neighbor's back gate. My back fence board was broken and the neighbor's gate was missing a board. They went above and beyond to get the work done in one day and hauled all the old fence off plus some tree and bushes trims. I had them put in metal posts for me. “Jack has significantly improved the overall quality of our home's curb appeal and outdoor living spaces and we're not done utilizing his services yet. You will not regret using his company for your landscaping and concrete needs. He's patient with our "one project at a time approach" but I have no doubt he could knock everything out all at once. My adjoining neighbors are also very pleased/impressed. Castillo provided Con Heart Redwood at better price than most of my other Con Common estimates. All the material looked top notch and love the consistency of the Con Heart color, although i know it will fade/patina over time.“
