My carpets have never been cleaner than after a Zerorez technician visit. The animal “accidents” are always gone, along with the carpet being protected between cleanings. The technicians, and there have been many over the 14 years, are always kind, caring individuals who are polite when in my home. They are knowledgeable about their product and the different options you have for cleaning carpet, upholstery, etc. I started using Zerorez at my new home after knowing my folks had used them for years as well. We had Zerorez clean the carpets in the bedrooms and walk-in closet in the house we recently purchased. We were concerned about spots apparently caused by cat urine and other sources. The technicians were able to remove the spots and bring the carpets back to near-new quality. The lead technician thoroughly explained the treatments they were doing and their benefits. I was very satisfied with the results.
