Stopped in while I was in town for work and the community here was amazing, they were super welcoming and friendly. The facility and the instructor were awesome, and the showers are outdoors which I thought was very zen and cool. Made for a calming end to the practice that day, I wish I had more time while I was in town to stop in some more but I can't wait to come back.

I’ve been going to this studio for at least a decade or more. I just love Michael and the way he teaches in such a calm way making everyone feel comfortable. I recommend this special studio to all my friends and family ?

This is the least expensive yoga studio in Sacramento and possibly the oldest. I absolutely adore the brick and mortar style architecture of the building and the ivy growing all along the exterior. The showers are outside which reminds me a lot of Funky Door Yoga when it was still open on Haight Street in San Francisco. Those were private stalls however so in some ways this studio is different, the schedule and prices are similar to those original Bikram studios. Back before the “hot yoga” studios started offering hot pilates and raising their prices. I like that this schedule is simple and consistent kind of how I intend to continue my practice.
