They also ran a camera throughout the line making sure it was clear. Other companies wanted to charge a fee for emergency service since it was a Sunday. But Rooter Hero came out immediately and charged less than 60 bucks. I couldn’t believe it. Another company quoted me over 200 for the same service. Rooter Hero is my new plumbing company from now on. They are Heroes!“

“Paul saved my day! A pipe broke in my back yard continuously spraying water everywhere. I called Abe Lincoln Plumbing and Heating and Paul responded to my call. He didn't think he would be able to make it out today and began to guide me on the phone to look for my shutoff valve. It turned out we could not locate the correct one for the pipe that broke. Paul graciously arrived less than an hour later and fixed my broken pipe and a great cost. “One of the best companies I've dealt with in Sacramento. I had a major clog in the main sewer line of my home, which caused a backflow into my toilet and shower. Sac Val Plumbing was able to get a technician out the same day this emergency situation happened.

James was great over the phone. Informed me about the process, estimated time of technician arrival and had straightforward pricing. The technician that arrived to my home (Tim) was great. Tim worked for hours to diagnose and to fix this clog. With some help from another co-worker (Josh, I think) they were able to ultimately clear the clog, saving me and my family from a miserable weekend.

“I want to give a five star shout out to Rooter Guys. Recently, I had all the drains and toilets, etc., backed up in a duplex I own and I needed to get it cleared right away. I called one of the companies with the word “Rooter” in their name and they came out and spent about 20 minutes, looking at the problem and called me and said they would need to do a water jet treatment and it would cost me $1800. While I was on the phone with them, I did a Google search and found out that water jet treatments should cost about $800, so I knew they were trying to rip me off. This was Friday at 6 PM so I tried another “Rooter” company: this time Rooter Guys. Within an hour, they had a Technician, Jesse, out to me and he worked for about two hours clearing the clog, sneaking it many times until he got the drains flowing. Unfortunately, on Sunday the drain clogged up again. I called Rooter Guys at 7:30am Monday morning and somebody actually answered the phone. They listened to my problem and told me they would get the technician back there first thing Monday morning. While en route to the home, Jesse called me and explained that there was a break in the line and a lot of grease was caught there so it was a particularly hard clog to clear and could reseal, but he had a idea for clearing it. that was something past the regular snake, but he said he didn’t think he’d have to use the water jet and that would save me a lot of money. Monday morning, he was able to fully clear the clog and restore, strong and clear drainage for the property. He then used the camera to assess exactly what the problem was and generated a quote for repairing the pipe that was 40% less than a second quote I later got just to see what a fair price is. So obviously, I’d highly recommend Rooter Guys as they 100% stand by their work and everyone I interacted with: Mark, Maddie and especially Jesse, was professional, helpful, patient and seemed like they genuinely cared about me, the customer. Also I’d recommend never working with a “Rooter” company that offers to do the work for less than $100 or provide a “free” estimate, because that’s just a scam. They’re gonna show up and tell you it costs a lot. The going rate for sneaking a line is $250-$300 with an extra $100 bump if it’s in the evenings or weekends. Anybody who won’t quit a price or is charging less than that is probably gonna try to rip you off. Lastly, I’ll mention I just about never write reviews, so you can understand how impressed I am by this company.“
