Miguel and Claudia are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. They installed a gate at our house about 3 months ago. After this short time the gate is sagging by 2inches. I've called, emailed, texted, and left voicemails and they won't get back to me to come fix it. It saddens me to write this post because this was completely unexpected from them given how nice I thought they were. The gate won't latch anymore which defeats the purpose of having it in the first place now.
