Herman the real GOAT! I was planning to move back to China and I have two cats so I need to send the health certificate to the office to get endorsed, but my vet made a mistake on cats’ color and it needs to be corrected, so the certificate cannot be mailed back to me on time. My flight is 23:50 on 4/9/2024, so I decided to fly to Sacramento from LA and pick up all the stuffs myself. I got up 2am to get to the airport and fly to Sacramento in the morning. And when I get the office, they told me that my vet made another mistake. I was almost freaking out. Man, the process to send your dog abroad is so difficult and stressful! These people went above and beyond to help me, kept in contact with me, and made sure I got done what I needed to have done in time (the most important part). These folks are awesome and I’m so incredibly thankful for them!

Had a pleasant experience. They always picked up the phone and were extremely helpful and informative. The option to walk in without an appointment is great. Be prepared though and read through all the instructions for completing the documents beforehand, otherwise they will turn you away.
