TLC has always been great at assisting me with my technical difficulties in the office, but they also send out weekly trainings that help keep me in the loop for cyber security too. TLC Tech provided excellent support on my first service ticket. I was busy when they called to help and I asked them to call back the next morning. They obliged and solved my issue the next morning in only a few minutes! GREAT SERVICE!

He was extra personable, friendly, and explained things to me using the KISS Principle, which helps immensely when I'm not an expert in his field.
