My story with Thompson Rose Chapel did not start in the usual way with the passing of a loved one. When I contacted Terry Higgs at Thompson Rose Chapel and asked for his help, I had no idea exactly how helpful he would be. You see, after some research, I found that Thompson Rose Chapel had attended to my biological mother, who I was in search of. Terry could have just passed me on and basically said that’s not my job. Instead, he patiently listened and offered to be as supportive as he could in bridging the gap between me and a biological sibling. Which was a lot. Without going into to much detail. Pastor Terry and his team at Thompson Rose showed so much care and compassion towards my family when my father passed away. Pastor Terry offered his phone number if I had any questions. He called and texted updates. Throughout the whole process of my father getting cremated, the folks at Thompson Rose were there. Their support and service truly helped us during such a difficult time.
