During the winter storms, they promptly addressed fallen trees and unwanted trees, removing them and grinding the stumps thoroughly. The crew was professional, respectful, and left the yard clean, with hardly any trace of the previous trees. Neighbors reported a positive experience with the process. I was very impressed with his technical knowledge and his interest in educating us about the unusual characteristics and risk factors associated with our trees.
