They don't call back. They don't answer the phones. if you are "lucky" someone will answer the phone after being on hold for 25 minutes. The woman on the phone was rude. I have worked in health care for 40 years in major hospitals and clinics . I have never experienced anything like this before.
I dread every time my Doctor schedules a sleep study with Sutter Sleep Disorders Center in Roseville. They NEVER call you to set up an appointment and when I call them, IF I can get a hold of someone, they are very abrupt and rude. If you leave a message, do not expect a call back they will never return your call. This is unacceptable service and makes Sutter Roseville look bad.
They Never uploaded the take home sleep test results and they never answer the phone. My doctor needs this Data so I can get the C pap. Everybody at this location should be FIRED!!! Straight trash. Sutter what are you doing? This is so bad.
