I went to this facility for the first time recently. It is so nice. The staff was all friendly and my doctor could not have been nicer or more helpful. I love that the lab is downstairs so I can get all lab work done immediately. Highly recommend.
Exceptionally poor service and unreliable doctors. The doctors switch out every other month. I’ve NEVER had a primary doctor here for more than two months. Then there’s the process of finding a new one. Besides we have a limit on what we can discuss then we have to wait months for the follow up. I’ve just been resolving my issues on my own and the referrals they send for specialists are very vague and ineffective. I switched to another clinic recently and so did my friends.
Elma in the front desk was super helpful in the process of rescheduling an appointment with my doctor. It’s refreshing to find genuinely efficient and empathetic people on health care. Thank you Elma ?
