I used Spencer Building Maintenance for a full carpet clean for a move out clean. We have a toddler and a crawling baby, two dogs, and a cat, so needless to say the job was a big one! They did an excellent job, were efficient, and very personable. They were on time, they were courteous, and they completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again for any future carpet cleaning needs!
