Our washer gave us an error code right in the middle of running a load of laundry. I called Southside Appliances and Damian was able to schedule to come see us same day. He showed up within the estimated window, was courteous and friendly. He took the time to explain each step of the process and solved the laundry problem quickly. He is an honest businessman and guarantees his work (6 month warranty). Also love that he is running a family business, it's important to support local businesses! I plan to keep his business card handy for any future repair needs in my house. Thanks Damian!

I was in a tough spot, having to replace a washer/dryer set for a spot that I don't even own, but Damian at Southside Appliances was able to hook me up with a new set at a reasonable price. They even helped install the unit and haul away the old one. It helped turn a very stressful experience a simple one, and Damian himself is a total sweetheart. Thanks for everything.

Damien came through looking dapper and professional and was able to help us out quickly with a broken LG washing machine that I messed up while cleaning it. Turns out those little holes in the washer aren’t just for collecting dust and dirt they actually serve a key function of latching the door. If you dump water down there to clean it - it ceases to work. Who would have thought?! NOT ME. Lol!Anyways, after nearly two weeks with no washer Damien came to see me same day and diagnosed the problem quickly and we ordered the part. There was a delay in the part arriving and when it finally did come it was late. That didn’t matter - he still sat in traffic to come help...read full review
