I live on 22nd Street in Midtown Sacramento. For several weeks now there has been construction on our street which has been extremely disruptive, and we were given little to no notice of the work (only two days before with a tag on the door, thanks) and no information as to what was happening or how it would effect our neighborhood. Our street is torn-up and there seems no end to this disruptive construction. Today is Thursday our thrash pick-up day and the workers have parked all along our street between our trash cans. We live here and MUST move our cars for the trash or get a ticket so it’s very upsetting when you have construction going on for several weeks... read full review

They give you advice on what time and how to save and lower you A/C. I do all of these and I have a home less than 1200sq ft and my bill is thru the roof!!! I'm a single mom who cannot live in this terrible state that just sucks out the life of low class families .

Two stars for being on consistently when I need the electricity. Low review because my small studio apartment cost more than $100 a month just to have a single refrigerator and two light bulbs running. I've called to find out why but don't get a satisfactory answer. I no longer use heat or air conditioning in order to afford to live.
