Let me be the guy that posts a positive review here. Smile is a GREAT company, they have excellent service too! We have no complaints. I've also referred them to many others in our investment group and they have taken excellent care of their companies also. 22 years for my company and 17 for theirs! Thank You, Smile!

I have dealt with the Smile Representatives on numerous occasions over the the last 20 years and have had nothing but positive interactions. We have purchased copiers and service from them and regularly receive stellar support. When requesting service, questioning billing or submitting our meter readings; their people are always courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Smile to other companies and will continue to support and partner with this local business!

Best place to work at in Sacramento.To those who might have seen my previous review it actually was changed I don't know how to somebody else reviewing smile business products. I have worked for smile for 21 years in the service department and it has been a very enjoyable experience. I've been very fortunate to work with the same people for 21 years. Usually the life of a technician is 5 years because of the pressures put on technicians. Here at smile we all work together as a team and allways have so we have more of the team spirit in the service department to get things done. I've been very blessed to work with them .
