Started off with a bad day about scheduling miscommunication and service at another eyeglass store, but my Lyft driver recommended Sight for Sore Eyes at this location. Bob and Patti at this location made the situation right my fitting me in for an appointment at the Fair Oaks location where Dr. Amandeep Sappal gave me a very thorough and quick eye exam. The Fair Oaks store staff treated me with care and respect. Jordan was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring in helping me to select a great looking pair of glasses that fit well and was in my preferred style. The staff and doctor were great and super helpful. We didn't even know about this place, but our normal spot dropped our insurance, so we would up at this wonderful spot! We were able to grab lunch nearby, and have a nice experience
I just had some of the best customer service in the eye glasses/contacts industry. I went in today to fix the discrepancy in my husband and our vision insurance. Once the owner came out and explain to me the situation that it was not a discrepancy. She not only fully explained the situation, but also gave my daughter 90 days of contact lenses free of charge. I will continue to go to this store for all my families eyeglass and contact lenses needs.
