Extremely fast and efficient. Whatever this dentist did to cut into my gums was so much less invasive than I'm used to, I usually am stuck bleeding and biting gauze for 12+ hours from an extraction. After barely 4, I'm fine. No pain either now that I'm not biting down on gauze, too.

Their holiday decor was beautiful and I found myself just taking it all in while sitting in the waiting room. Then when I walked back to the exam room there was yet another beautiful Christmas tree and even more festive decor. Even the fish tank was decked out with Santa and more!

From the receptionist, Maricela, to the surgical assistant, Esmeralda, to Dr Shaw everyone was kind, professional and friendly. My consultation with Dr Shaw was very thorough, informative, friendly and not rushed. All options were discussed.
