Quality work, yet unprofessional. On the plus side, Mike and Marv brought together everything I asked for and more. He gave me an estimate that seemed reasonable, and when I asked if he could do an extra tap for my refrigerator, he just tossed it in for free. Did a really great job on it as well. The crawlspace under my house is quite small and several other plumbers passed on the job. Some because it was too tight, others because they just couldn't fit. Mike was a real trooper and was under the house for a few hours and got the job done. There was a leak I had to fix after they left. Good news! Ivo is only partially retired! Give him a call on his cell (916) 320-0939. He was at my house today installing a new water heater, 2 new faucets, and fixing a drain plug. He is likable, reliable, efficient, and trustworthy. Plus his 38 years of experience as a plumber make him an easy choice. Note: the other lines on his old business cards no longer work. He also would only ever refer you to another plumber named Mickey.

Called in for a service and it was Mike who answered my call. My 1 year old dropped a Hair Catcher inside my drain from my shower stand. It is one of the pieces of the Shower Shroom that stops hair from going to the drain. Mike was my first choice unlike other plumbers that I called for which they asked me to pay them first to get to my house before they start working, not going to happen. So I reject them and Mike showed up and start working. The service was quick, it was only like 5 minutes because he was able to vaccuumed out the Hair Catcher.
