Bob is nice. No doubt about it. But he nearly lost me my house and caused loads of stress with his nonchalant attitude to my problems. Lots of yes, yes, yes I can fix this. No results. Routinely neglected to return my phone calls. Took over a month to get paperwork to the IRS that was urgent. I don't need nice. I need serious, professional attention to detail. I didn't get it here. I fixed all my problems myself in 3 days.
