The customer service is amazing!!? I called Dom for help/advice on a carpet situation and he spent like 5-10 mins with me, listening to my concerns and challenge, and then offered some excellent recommendations. Although I can’t use them this time, if and when I need my carpets cleaned, I will definitely be calling him back!
