I needed a new battery and was able to get it replaced here for less than I had planned and also got a couple parts swapped back in I had forgotten to replace myself last time I’d worked on my computer. I was having issues with my touch of and they got it replaced, in addition to an entirely new keyboard and bottom shell for free. The owner was very communicative during the work and with keeping my informed on parts being used.

I happened upon this business quite by accident. I was in the area patronizing a completely different business in the same strip mall when I noticed Rocketman. Given that I was in the market for a new laptop for my son, I ventured inside and discovered that there were several refurbished devices for sale.I purchased one for my son and was excited when I presented it to him later that evening. My happiness was short-lived, however, when my son informed me that, while the device worked perfectly, he was rejecting it because it was too large. I felt certain that I was then going to be stuck with an otherwise good device that was nevertheless just going to be collecting dust. I packed it back up and went back to the store hoping against hope that I could somehow exchange it. I was overjoyed when the owner heard my explanation and cheerfully exchanged my purchase. He was thoroughly gracious and my son and I could not be happier about our new, smaller laptop!

I needed my screen replaced to my laptop and I was more than happy with the results of my computer screen replacement. These guys were fast and efficient. I would recommend if you in need for any computer work call up rocketman!
