Review purely for alterations, dry clean is pretty standard. Been there twice. Took a new sports coat to be altered at the sleeves and it came back uneven. Blatantly obvious by 1/4 inch but owners didnt acknowledge though I measured with her tape in front of her. Had a feeling there was no winner in this situation so paid and left. Will not be going back though I live down the block.Service: Alterations

No stars! I had to click one star to post. Fraud! Went to drop off my coat last week on Thursday to pick up today on Thursday. A week later. Walked in to pick up my coat the guy didn't see it in the bagged pile in front. I pointed it out that it was hanging in the back with the unbagged pile. He took it off the rack, plastic wrap over it and then charged me!!!! When I got home to put it on (I live 2 min away) my coat was NOT CLEANED had the same odor it had with small pieces of hair fiber n it. I took it back in and the lady behind the counter smelled and said it was in fact cleaned. I told her no it smells the same and there's hair fibers all over it still. Please do not support business who steal your money and not actually work for it. FRAUD

Did dry cleaning fine, but wouldn't recommend for alterations. Brought in an Air Force uniform to have buttons put on, they put them on sideways. Then argued that they couldn't put them so the insignia straight, even though that is what they are made for. Then shoved my money at me.
