100% recommend Reno--he loosened my muscles under my muscles and I swear I can do the splits now. I'm feet active and usually sore so this was an I incredible way to loosen up my tight muscles. Very relaxing, and super flexible with scheduling. Let's just say I will be back!

Just what I needed! I had pulled a muscle in my neck and Reno had me as good as new in an hour. He is an exceptional listener to the client's needs and impressively knowledgeable about human anatomy. The studio is a clean and inviting space that is easy to get to (and find parking). Thanks for fixing me up Reno. I will definately be back!

Reno's a good guy. Have known him for a few years now and he's a steady guide through the world of yoga. He specializes in headstands and a good yin/yang balance in his practice. I've seen him grow as a teacher and as a yogi and have much respect for him.
