Dirk was absolutely great to work with. He and his crew did an excellent job on my moms septic repair, he had to do some thinking "outside the box" to get it done - he's definitely my go to guy for anything septic. His price was much lower than I anticipated, but what I appreciated the most was his commitment to fix my moms septic even with the stumbling blocks that existed! Thank you Dirk for helping my mom out when most others companies would not.

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was extremely informative and helped me out with every question I had. I literally called 15 other septic drainage companies and porta potty companies before calling this guy and none of them were any help whatsoever. I highly recommend using reliable septic if you are in need of the service.

I had reliable septic put a septic system in 2008. The system works great and I call Dirk the owner to to perform a pump out every two years. It is always a pleasure to see him. He is honest and does a great work. He is highly recommended.
