early December my 1994 Hague Soft Water System stopped working! Hague went out of Business! I called 6 different Places to help fix my system and left a detailed message. Only 2 companies called back! Only one was able to help; Rayne Pure Water! I also asked Karen to make sure to send someone who was familiar with MY System. He sure did and he was awesome! A lot of other companies did not want to touch my system because it was so old! I thought he would get here and make up some excuse because my system was old and SELL me a new one!! No he didn't; he was fast and efficient! I asked his honest thoughts on my system. He did say it was one of the oldest systems that he worked on; but since it was working- keep it. Just keep in mind that you'll need another system in the near future. So, NO pressure or sales pitch! I'm old school and appreciate that! So when I'm ready I will definitely use Rayne Pure Water! Thank you!
Miguel replaced my RO filters and advised that the storage tank needed replacing because it had been incorrectly connected to the hot water line by the installer. He was very friendly and cheerful. He explained each step he was taking and what I needed to have done. He returned once I had a cold water connection and installed the new water tank I purchased separately. I will definitely consider asking him to return when the RO filter system needs replacing.
Thank you... I had scheduled for a serviceman to come out to take a look at my water softener since it hasn't been regenerating like normal. I've owned my water softener for over 17 years (older than my youngest daughter... we purchased the softener when we moved to Roseville). I was scheduled between the timeframe of noon-1:00p. It was 12:35p when I called their main office in Sacramento. I wanted to make sure that I was still on their schedule. Time is money and I just took a long lunch from work. I now was told that the service guy is scheduled to come between 1:00-2:00p. Miguel arrived at 1:40p took a look at my machine, checked a few things and did the water test from my kitchen sink. Looks like it passed everything and just needed to fix a small leak replacing a couple of o-rings and regenerated the softener. I appreciated Miguel's friendly and professional mannerism. It was $95 for the initial service call. All in all the service time took about 30 minutes. I have my soft water again... thanks, Miguel. Happy customer here! Review #1613
