Made an appointment last via phone as a new patient. They won't make appointments before putting you on hold for several minutes and verifying insurance first. To my surprise, an appointment was set for today at 3PM. I thought I lucked out with a cancellation or something to get in so fast.When I arrived, the receptionist (I believe named Irene) said I didn't have an appointment yet proceeded to somehow A)make that my fault and repeatedly implied that B) I was somehow just lying. I fist had my IUD put in at this office 2 years ago. when I went in that time, the doctor was very mean and cold and the staff all had bad attitudes. I even heard the staff discussing patients very loudly. "Who's on the phone?" "The girl that's in high school and pregnant for the 6th time" I should hear about patients situations, I wouldn't want anyone to hear mine. I just called to make a follow up appointment. Twice I was forwarded to their operating system where I gave my information and was expected a call back. I never got a call, I called again and was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then was hung up on. I'll be putting my health in someone else's hands from now...read full review
