Looking at all the bad reviews I saw on this place it made me hesitant to go there, but from the first interaction I had with the lady on the phone, to the few appointments I’ve had now; I can only say my experience was amazing! They gave me so much information that at the beginning and it was quite overwhelming but everything was for the best. I was recently in there for a follow up ultrasound and I was in there longer than expected but it was because of how baby was positioned that she took her time and was so gentle and patient. Thank you all ?

Had my first appointment here today. Front desk staff was super friendly and efficient. Facility was really clean and tidy. We got called in for the ultrasound within 5 minutes of our appointment time. Our room was spacious and clean with a big screen to watch the images. Our tech was kind and quick. I’d definitely come back in the future!

I was referred here by my current Dr. (for now that's another story) after some lab screening results so I wanted a Diagnostic test done. I see a lot of people saying about the unfriendliness and not being warm but these people are doing their job not to socialize. I first talked to a genetic counselor (nourhan) and she was kind to my situation and explained in detail about my case. My ultrasound tech (Tawni) was really good and efficient on my big anatomy scan and keeping the gender a secret since I wanted to open envelope later with my husband and daughter. Ultrasound took about 45 minutes (very thorough). Afterwards (Dr. Tache) came in to perform an amniocentesis and walked me through everything. She was very sweet and To the point. I've been so nervous (waiting over a week for this appointment) but everyone made me feel comfortable and they were all kind and empathetic. I guess I was lucky and had a good experience from the time I talked to receptionist scheduling appointment until they called me with my amnio test results.
